I enrolled my number in DND registry in June.'10.I was assured that restriction on unwanted SMS and calls would be effective after 45 days.
But I'm still receiving SMSs and calls from business establishments.Some SMSs are of dubious nature soliciting female companions.
The employees are of no help, openly expressing their inability. I'm just waiting for number portability to come and I will definitely change to some other service provider.
At least number portability will bring some competition among the service providers.
