I last week flew Air Asia India from goa to bengaluru. It was my first ever flight on this airline. I was really looking forward to a nice experience.
I reached the airport on the given reporting time and easily spotted the Air Asia counter, joined the queue and completed the boarding card and baggage formality swiftly.
I really like the ground staff, they are indeed well trained and courteous.
I soon boarded the aircraft after completing security. The forst impression was the plane was clean from inside. It had to be that way as it was a new plane!
I really liked the cabin crew uniforms. I saw the pilots as well. They looked professional and experienced!
the flight departed 10 minutes late but that wasnt such a big deal. The pilot promised that the time would be made up in flight.
I got myself a chicken meal on board and to my surprise it tasted pretty good! I asked the cabin crew if the meat was Halal, but she did not have an answer to it. never mind!
I enjoyed the meal and had a small nap.
It was soon time to land and I realised that we were pretty much on time, just 5 minutes behind schedule.
I accept that and give my overall experience a thumbs up. I loved the airplane, the food, the crew and had a stress free journey.
Well done air asia India, keep up the good work. I will recommend this airline to all my friends and relatives!
