Total disappointment, just stay away. There is no customer service person to talk to regarding refunds and to negotiate hotel concerns. Hotel service is not as promised in Agoda website, and I can't get in touch with real customer service person to talk to, rather it directs me to shitty robo call assist which is awful.
I have no words to describe my bad service experience, these type of careless business should be banned forever. Agoda doesn't have phone services other than Singapore number, and non-Singaporeans are at disadvantaged position.
It's a disaster, and I'll never ever book with these idiots in my life.
