Booked through Agoda and they did NOT mention that standard rooms means lowest floor.. When we checked in , we were shocked to see the room quality.. for the price given. Even the hotel charges much lesser than them
My family was highly frustrated and had no other options. Totally disgusting to stay in this hotel and no one cares for your requirement. Total waste of money, did a blunder mistake by believing the hotel pictures and Agoda reviews. never ever stay in such hotels and never ever book through agoda
