7-up is one of my preferred drinks as the lemon lime taste really quenches my thirst.
It also has no caffeine like the cola’s and I prefer one without.
As with all soft drinks it does contain a lot of sugar and sodium so if your diet is restricted you should check this out. I do not like diet sods so I stick with regular and just have less of it.
It comes in all sizes from 12 ounce cans on up to 2 liter bottles. You can get multi packs of 16 ounce bottles and this is the size that is just right for me.
To help cut some of the calories and such you can mix it with half tonic water which gives it a dry taste or even add orange juice to it for a change of pace.
It is available in all super markets and most department stores.
