What is good about this company, worst then worst ever came across.....the level of harrasment, partiallyty and non motivational skills one can clearly come across this compnay and this company can provide only this to its employees.
Especially **the harrasment they can give you is beyond the level one can actuallly imagine, ** no motivation for the employee to work, at all levels the skills and tactics are used and are imposed upon person, if anyone saysd something then the person is rleeased from the company....the preference is only given to local employees and the **HR is really a pupet** at the hands of managers...
The working enviornment is such that one can hardly think of it, for small petty things we have to take approval and that approval is never granted....people dont know half of the things and it is shown that they knows all, they all are expert at shouting and pressing the employees not to utter a word against them...if you do just wait and watch what comes next to you....
