Suggest to increase rate per Captcha. Review on 2Captcha

I've been using this app for more than 5 months(during spare time while viewing FB) and already had 3 or 4 payouts.

The payout is very very low so I use the sound system in replying to my answers. Imagine working around 2-3 hours/day on an average(response time is 12 secs - very long), and earning$1.00 after around 2-3 weeks!

And everyday I always encounter mistakes w/c is not of my own doing(I have compiled a screen shot of errors everyday - how do I send it?). Seems the system is implying that I commiited an error but I am sure the system is wrong(note: everyday ha!). I just forgive them. Imagine, an error coming out 7 times(same error? - trying to impugn to me that I committed the same error 7x?

Suggest to increase the rate per captcha, lessen the waiting time from 12 secs to around 8-10secs, and ensure that errors being committed is true!

Fact of the matter is I was suspended indefinitely(forever) on 5/2/2019. I tried to send out a screen shot of the last error mssg coming out 13 times repeatedly w/o me encountering it! I told them if ever, they should give me a 2nd chance because it is unfair! I don't know if the system is doing it on purpose or they just want to suspend me forever. I was given a 2nd chance and I started again on 5/7/2019.

Now you want me to rate your product above average(3)? How can I submit my review if I chose only 2 for star rating?
