I had ordered medicine through 1mg.com on Sep/05/2017. The details of the order is as mentioned below:

On Sep/6 I 11: 45PM, I received SMS on my mobile that my order has been delivered. It was a shocking message as I did not receive that order from 1mg till date.
Next day I tried to contact the delivery person to check when and to whom the order was delivered. The delivery person was not contactable over the phone# mentioned in the sms.
I contacted 1mg through their website that I have not received the order and why status is showing as delivered.
The 1mg team asked me time for doing internal inquiry and promised that it will be delivered in a day.
After several emails to care@1mg.com and phone calls to 1mg customer care ( 0124-4166666) even after 10 days, so far they have neither delivered the order nor refunded my money.
So please do not buy medicines from this site.
