I am a very old and premium customer of Tata 1 mg but my past few experiences have been disappointing. Customer care service is useless. They will claim that delivery will take place on a day but after you place order date will change.
Even if u escalate the issue another disgusting person will be on phone who will just waste your time.
I am going to switch to another company like apollo who are far better
