It has been a pathetic experience since the Tata Neu app got launched. I am not able to order medicines as a good amount of my 1mg cash has been reduced to 0.
I had reported this issue a week back to their priority support (i am a paid premium customer) & the issue is still not fixed by them.
If this is being done for a medical app, i am very terrified what would you do a other apps on the Tata Neu universe.
