Firstly 100bestbuy.com cheats people who visits their website with some kind of offers by convincing people to believe they are going to win product worth more than 20K and make us pay Rs.444 for that and assures that if we don't win we can buy their product.


I got trapped into such thing last year and made the payment of Rs.444/-  (03-08-2012) and when I dint win I tried making purchase of a product more than its worth just to get back my amount.


Then they made me pay Rs.144 (09-09-2012) additional to buy the product and till today they only say that I have a credit limit and nobody from their end in spite of me calling them 100 times have guided me how I can get back those points by buying a product because, even the portal will not allow us to withdraw the points by buying some product.


Its a total mess, the call center is like a fish market and whenever you want to explain they don't understand because they are such dump they neither understand proper English nor Hindi. Moreover, they CUT ON CALLS ABRUPTLY.


Till today, as per their promise they have neither delivered my product, nor refunded my amount nor they have arranged any call backs as per their promise even after more than a year my problem is lost somewhere like their customer representatives.


I want these people to shut their website and go home if they are unfit to provide proper service or product...they are not worth even Re.1.................
