I have bought formal shirts in December 2013 some 100 to 150 calls were made first. They said it will be replaced in 1 week then told me to send the product to their office by courier again rs 150 loss. Product cost 1000 call charges 100+150=250+1000=1250 till no replacement.

Me: I have sent my product on 27-feb 14 by DTDC COURIER CN. NO.B07216260 today is 10-april 14 means 43 days now anything else to say.
Me: 27-feb 14 by DTDC COURIER CN. NO.B07216260 today is 15-april 14 means 48 days today & still waiting for ur 15 to 20 working days.
