In a standardised organisation material requisition formulae of a particular product is not changed with changing managers. But in Vaidyaratnam company it is changed with changing managers. In a good company they were comparing the actuals with standard but in this company they were said that most of them are errors and faults and they can not said any remedial measures. In short they were not give any standards.
