I purchased this product 2yrs ago considering brand name ,
and on a suggestion of one of the service engineer`s advise.
It is a5.5kg capacity machine but does not accept more than
3kg clothes.There is no after sales service worth the name
in our area.Dealers service engineer does not know much about the functioning of the machine,no one also attends
for rectifying the problems.
The main problem leakage of water & foam from underside and behind the machine.Hot wash function is there but hot water
is not there.After the head office is informed about the problems of the washing machine no one attends the problems.
