although I think you make some valid points about air travel and where the responsibilities lie for delays and certain other problems; I do find it distressing that you are so dismissive of other's opinions. The chief value of a review site is the ability to read about a variety of experiences and ...opinions about a product or service. Read More

my husband's dad died just last month after several years with AZ-the symptoms you describe aren't universal-for him there was no anger but terrible confusion. He had an additional diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (this is actually common). He was little more than a skeletal presence in the bed fo...r the last 3 years-knowing no one. The greatest victim of this disease is the caregiver. I wish you peaceRead More

Thanks- I had the same thought when I finished it. It did seem short-but --it is a very short book and any more info about the plot spoils the effect of the story Sue

Skipping Christmas is not a long engrossing read like most Grisham books. It is a very short satire on the excesses of Christmas. At first glance, it might seem to be a throw away-something Grisham tossed off to please a publisher. But the reader who gives him/herself a chance to get into the st...Read more

I love these categories!  The diversity of the community both in culture and age makes for some very interesting choices.  These are songs I consider timeless. Misty Johnny Mathis classic version evokes many memories.  Johnny Mathis tunes were part of every guy's seduction collection when I w...Read more

Who but the Beach Boys would turn Santa's sleigh into a hot rod? I first got the Beach Boys Christmas Album as a young teen. Over the years I replaced the 33 rpm album with a tape and finally a CD. It's still one of our favorites. For many of the songs on this album, the group is backed by an...Read more

I never heard of a 'trust slut' but it is an appropriate description of the 'I trust everyone, now you trust me' crowd. For me, it just isn't worth it to make a distrust list. Those who are 'worthy' of that designation usually don't last Sue

The community here needs to maintain a high level of integrity for the site to continue to exist and prosper. This only happens through well thought reviews AND rating. We do no service to each other, if we don't support each other in improving our work. Sue
