Eureka Forbes has employed Parrots After reading the poor response of Eureka Forbes of so many customers, I would only like to endorse my views to say that they are absolutely right. The helpline service is poor and all that they rattle out is tutored one liners. I registered with the helpline for ...a request for an AMC of my machine as I had just moved into a new house. The request was registered vide id nos 80447911 and 80460445 a few days later when I inquired about my previous request. On 15 Jul 08 at 1745 hrs and 17 Jul 08 at 1330 hrs I spoke to Sumit and Amish respectively and thereafter to Sapna, Sudeep, Dhaval ....... . Every time I spoke to them, they would only ask me Are you Mr So and so , and your address is so and so and you have requested for an AMC. All of them rattled out like parrots and I was fed up of listening to these standard phrases to which I could only say haan bhai haan. This was followed by an apologetic sentence - ''We appreciate your concern but we shall ensure that our representative reaches your place in 24 hrs'' which never happened. When asked for the contact no of a superior officer, I was never given but once which did not exist when contacted. I expressed displeasure through the Eureka Forbes website but nothing happened nor did I get an ackowledgement of my predicament. Finally someone gave me a number of a franchisee at Chembur and I got the same done. Since I see that there are so many people who are sailing in the same boat as I am, I wish to make all other prospective buyers aware that once the product is sold they better watch out before getting sucked into the trap.
