Bad experience indeed,for first case did you follow up with the company?It will help others . As for me my experience has been good,I am a regular user of these fleet cabs and use it whenever I have to go for client visits.So I always need bills.Once one of the guys said no bill as his system was... not working and I said no bill no money.On that he wrote and gave me bill on his receipt booklet.Though a lot of them refuse credit card payment but I am okay with that. Motivation

:) Well that was my condition a few months back,I should have been somewhere around eighty seven instead I was hundred.The motivation came when I could not run less than fifty meters to catch a train. I have not yet been able to get myself to exercise but I have cut down on junk food and drinking. T...hough I had only a kg or two reduction in weight but even that feels good. :) Well giving money to Ngos wont help you in achieving what you want,even offering to god may not work.But it may who knows and anyways most of the offerings are post processing so nothing is paid if results are not achieved.
