This is worst customer service I've ever come across. They don't have any solution to any problem. All the agents on live chat sound like bots. You'll jus end up closing that chat window in frustration. I wonder if this decline happened after Mr Tata's demise or they've been bad all along. I don't see any other worthy service provider either. Talking to the customer care is nothing short of a nightmare. Zero accountability and no one cares. The live chat agents have no answer to any query. They go in circles with absolutely no resolution. The request keeps getting cancelled on it own. I wonder if this is Tata's ghost telling us to stop using their service. If only we could give negative rating!!
