Hopeless company and product.
1.AC WITH Compressor given within few days, from Vijay sales chinchwad
2.Installation guy named Umesh came , do not know his job installed.trip, trip, trip.he does not
know he reason.called his 6 more friends.to find out problem , called up centre , reception ladies .telling check check.started wrk at 10 .till 7 nuthing happening. I had to shout at reception company to take it back.but they
kept lingering trying to repair in customers home which is rubbish .new compressor and repair.Called up vijay sales .a hope supervisor never bothered.called up manager.ge oo tried to repair. Not genuine.finally we told will file a case.than send new COMPRESSOR.NRXT DAY.installed by Tarun.ok started working
Next day onwardsDity .filthy fish like smell coming ftom inside unit.Called up centre. They send x2 days 2 tech they too smelled .I had to fight and speak to shop.Carrier company response useless .they still want to repair and clean it in customers house we refused after crying , yelling frustrated hot a new unit.installed on 12th , 13, 14, 15 we wr out
16th inside unit started leaking full of ster in room.called up Tarun who installed.told coming next day.now from 10.30 waiting till 1pm .no response called up supervisor Vinayak.no response.Really what a hopeless company. Workers.none are trained. Customer had high Bp and breathing problem because of thos company carrier.
