I had bought 75 inch 8500f model in 2019 for 4.5 lakhs
Within 5 years video is not working when claimed service centre for repair they are telling they dont have parts and instead they will exchange some cheap TV for fdw discouts and will take my costlier Tv with them .
isnt it cheating ?
how Can the comoany tell within 5 years the parts wont be available
why didnt they infome me when I purchased
how to escalate this issue to SONY headoffice as well as all over India to make people aware .
please help
