I had bought front loading Siemens fully automatic machine 3 years back..almost a monthbackthe machine suddenly stopped and since then I am continuously calling their service centre … but the services are really pathetic… after a week a technician came and told me that a particular part had to be replaced… he told me it wil take a week atleast… he got the part but it was a used part and naturally it didn’t work … he hadn’t reported about the part so it was not ordered claimed by authorities… I have spoken thrice to branch head of the area Mr.Achit Suryavanshi and he said he’ll follow up and get back to me … but he never did … whenever I call him he says 3/4 more days but nothing happens ..have spoken to his Bosses too but till date I am waiting for a definite reply from them … I hv used IFB machine for 12 years and Samsung for another 10 years … but never such a callous attitude I have faced … I will advice my friends not to buy Siemens products … an aggrieved customer still waiting for machine to get serviced for past one month … Hope my message is read by seniors of Siemens in India and they look into this matter asap
