I purchased this TV in the year 2020 October by paying 53300 for its brand value though other brands were available in the market at a cheaper rate.Now with in a span of 3 years and few months the display has gone.When contacted they say that I have to pay 28000 for new display.Some other brands new set is available at this rate.It is absolute loot.They don't stand with the customer for valuing their brand.This is not only my experience many of my friends are facing similar issue with in 4 years. Don't ever believe in Sony TV for it Brand value.
