My family had have 3 subscriptions, with very poor customer Service, misleading informations, not able to unsubscribe . However they drained all the account balance and I am not using 2 of my subsriptions . They want me to recharge for minimum amount and then only they can unsubscribe me according to one customer officer .
Now the third one, they continue to charge for the binge box( since I have a balance in my account) not disconnecting the secondary Box binge . No action from their side to discontinue the BINGE BOX.
Has anybody have similar experience.
