Probably this is the first time I am compelled to write the review about Siemens services after the bad experience I had in the recent times. We have Siemens washing machine which was working very well until last week where the door lock broke down due to usage. I logged the compliant with Siemens customer care using toll free number and the customer care team assigned a service person within 48 hrs.
The service charges for attending any complaint is about Rs 800 per visit which is apparently very high compared to any services provided by well known brands. This did not end here, after the service engineer attended our complaint, he suggested we have to replace the entire front door of the washing machine which costs another whopping Rs 9500. This is almost one third the cost of original machine which was bought 5 years ago.
I do not see Siemens company seriously trying to be customer friendly or do they design components which can be easily replaceable and my experience is not to go by hifi brand where the intention is only to make money and not provide value for Money. Sorry to say this. but the truth prevails. Hope someone from company takes action and attend to customer woes.
