"My new Godrej AC is cooling well, but the service plan isn't the best. You get one year of free service, which sounds good, but it only includes two "dry" services. This means they just do some basic cleaning and checks, no deep cleaning. If you want a "wet" service where they properly wash the inside, you have to pay extra. Also, after the first year, all services are chargeable. Compared to other AC brands that offer more comprehensive plans, this feels a bit stingy."
