My DTH signal was lost on 19th May 25. It was repaired and once again the problem occurred on 22 May 25, due duststorm. My repair time given was 24 May (1000 AM). I have made 15-20 calls to customer care. Everytime they tell me it will be done in 1 hour ....you will just now get a call immediately. But nothing happens. Horrible service. My complain number us 140966015. Please don't use airtel services. They are totally irresponsible in customer service.
