After all.why do we patients pay a premium to Dr Lal pathlab?
Sample for a simple KFT test given on 30th December 8.30 am. No reports till the time of writing this review i.e. 25 hours. This is their so called Trust and efficiency. Constant follow up on Chat box is a waste of time. Follow up with the collection centre also a waste of time. Old patient 85 years...in limbo as the medication cannot be prescribed without the results. And they make you pay thru your nose. Heights of inefficiency and complacency.
