Dear Team,
Your technician was visited at my home to collect my old set up box that time he has insured against this the company will provide replacement and now I am calling to customer care but they are denying to giving replacement of set up box.
Kindly return my set up box otherwise I will raise a police complaint against this person.
I am attaching his id card and slip also
Kindly provide my replacement otherwise I will share all records on social media that Airtel doing fraud with customers.
