I have bought Siemens washing machine just 15 days before, I had very nice experience from Siemens in Europe, so thought of buying Siemens products in India. But its completely different here. from second day, its started malfunctioning, as per my dealer guidance,
I have complained to call centre and asked for refund as I don't need faulty product. waiting for their reply, will keep you updated. I wish they act same like they do in Europe with customer and don't hassle customer for refund.
