“VG Kingdom is hands down the worst excuse for an amusement park in India. They hire nothing but uneducated, low-attitude staff who are clearly paid peanuts and act like it. The way they treat customers is downright disgusting—rude, hostile, and clearly the product of their backward upbringing.
When we tried to speak to the so-called ‘manager’ about their behavior, the staff ganged up on us like a mob, threatening us, while the cowardly manager ran off and hid, refusing to show his face. Pathetic!
On top of that, over 8 rides were broken, and when we asked about it, all we got was a lazy ‘Go play on something else.’ Unbelievable.
This place is a disgrace. DO NOT waste your time or money here—especially if you’re bringing your family or have any sense of professionalism.”
