Airtel DTH customer care is bullshit. I tried to call them for refund I have changes setup box he said we will charge 450 for Setup box and service charge you should give 450 rupees to Technision so I have give and after that he deducted amount from my account from last 2 months I am giving complaint he saying we will do it, still I have not received refund amount. I clearly explained the customer care every time asking what is you issue. And every day, they are calling me and asking me to your connection was discontinued recharge you setup box.
