I wish you inform you with great sadness and hatred that I purchased a Dakin Split AC 1.5 ton from vijay sales at Rohini Delhi on 21-06-2021. and ever since I bought your company's split AC, there has not been a single year when this junk AC of your company works properly. it has to be repaired every year. I want to tell you about your inferior and useless junk AC through points which are as follows.

  1. Sir, it is a matter of great shame for your reputed company which manufactures such inferior ACs and archives its sales targets by deceiving the customers and telling lies. in the last 3 years, the PCV card of my split AC has broken/ damaged(Not working) 3 times, and every time after installing a new one, the same problem occurs. to put it plainly, your company's inverter AC is not successful at all.

  2. when I give this information to the customer care of your company, instead of taking action on this matter, they start advising me. your customer service is also absolute crap.

  3. I had heard about the performance of your company AC and hence bought your Dakin split AC but ever since I bought it I have been very upset. due to the inferior products of your Dakin company, I have suffered a loss of Rs. 30000/- in the last 3 years.

  4. When I repeatedly tried to know the reason for the PCV card failure from your customer care, they refused to tell me anything. Does customer care have the same behavior or attitude that they cannot even know the reason behind the fault?

  5. Sir, in your Dakin split AC, along with the PCV card not working, there is also a problem with the compressor. the problem that the compressor gets too hot has now become common.

this proves how much customers like me are valued in your company. and how it is improving its economy by selling useless products. you should be ashamed of yourself for behaving like this . now I want to make it clear to you that whatever loss I have incurred in the last 3 years(Rs. 30000/-) your company will have to pay the amounts. if you ignore my problem and application, then I will not hold back in filing a case against you.
