🚨 Worst experience with Tata Play 🚨
For the last 13 days my service issue is unresolved despite continuous complaints. The local technical team kept postponing visits, and the technician behaved rudely on call. Without even visiting my home, he gave a false report that the issue was resolved, and Tata Play closed my complaint without my consent.
This is not just poor service but clear negligence, false reporting, and unprofessional behavior. Tata Plays customer care and technical team have been completely inefficient and irresponsible throughout. Truly pathetic service experience.
