Have ordered whirlpool refrigerator in 2022 and started seeing the excess cooling from that time and raised the multiple times complaints with customer care and team is raising the tickets, without technician visit or intimation to us tickets are closed. we are suffering almost in year now still no resolution for this product. almost this month have reached out more than 5 times to go for escalation. Team giving the answer they are busy right now you will get call back with in 15mins but no call from escalation team. worst product and service don't buy this product. will publish this comments in public domain as well.
