Its the most unworthy product I have ever seen. The aftersale services of the company is very poor. In addition they are not accepting the failure/fault of their machine, instead starts blaiming electrical safety devices you have placed like ELCB. Asks you to byepass safety of your family members to run their equipment and forces you to do so instead of taking the repair/fault finding on the hand. They think that they make so perfect machines which can never fail but finally it fails to satisfy the basic household need of the product. In addition it costs around 35000/ INR. Thrice the value of another washing machines.
