I brought videocon refrigerator in 2011 because I used to live alone and in summer I had no choice but to buy a refrigerator. Videocon was in my mind because my mother used its washing machine for a long time so I was pretty sure and satisfied that they are best, reliable and most trusted brands in the market. It worked smoothly for 5 months with good coolness and best working condition and also it had 5 years warranty on compressor. But one day it stopped its cooling powere and I was shocked so I called the customer service but they were very late attending me and it troubled me a lot for some days.They came for 3 days in a week but still couldn't make it work so at last they changed the compressor at last. I didn't liked their tone and language too.they were rude attending me for only this reason that I called them for 3 times
