Every time you call them for a booking , they will say it's already full. Although they will call you back in off season to offer you stay.
You will still have to pay service tax , GST and other charges like parking.
The other facilities like spa, swimming, dinner, lunch , gym may be still chargeable. Read the documents clearly. Don't rely on their words.
From time to time they will upgrade their facilities and will ask you to pay more to retain your membership. For example - they will introduce chinese massage in your package and will ask you to pay yearly 3000 extra or your membership will be cancelled without refund.
Many of them will say staying is free but you will have to pay for breakfast, lunch and dinner , even if you don't eat there. They will include it in the stay.
Final words. It's a total scam. Don't go for it. And never pay for any service in any sector in advance. Once you pay money, you are of no value to them. They will just move to next person.
