Do not buy a Hitachi product. If you need service you are at the mercy of their partner service centres which are not reliable. Nayeem from the Hitachi service centre S A Aircon took 18500/- and has not provided service for 2 months now, and he refuses to return the money.
Hitachi claims they will help. I have called at least 10-15 times and sent emails. But they do not help get my money back. They keep assigning technicians from the same service centre instead of blacklisting it. I do not know what to do. Regret buying a Hitachi product and will never buy one again.
