Outdoor unit stopped working on half side. Only two of units of the three attached to outdoor units will operate. The unit is still under warranty. They asked us to do some tests. After tests failed they asked us to provide proof of purchase an serial number and model Number.
They would not respond to faxes or by phone.,
The unit has been under a year old so it should be warrantied we just have to abandon the unit.
All the website contact for customer are not functional.
Parents company in China has also removed their customer service e mail contacts.
If it works you are lucky if it does not just bad luck to you!
