Guys I tried to give 1 star rating it's not allowed and forced to give 3 star. Consider this as not even a single star.
have been using jio mobile prepaid service since 2016. Was good enough till last year April. After that network bars decreased and mobile internet is very very slow . I have called jio care many times ( almost 4 to 5 times when ever I get frustrated withe service) and shared location. But of no use. Needful not done. Planning to shift (port out) . I felt like jio guys felt proud and now they are not interested to solve the customers problems that's what I believe after multiple complaints. I suggest customers to choose wisely ( look for another network provider instead of jio)
Forgot to mention. Network is even worst while you are doing digital payments stationary position and while travelling in bus too.
