I called the customer care this guy didn't even took my Tata sky id or mobile number is it been registered with. And I told his if this quirey is not getting resolved give me the refund for the recharge I did last night.Then he did the basic trouble shooting and Settop box was not working but from the beginning he was insisting me to change the Settop box I said I don't have a single penny and I won't pay anything for this as well when I said I won't pay anything he disconnected the call. This kind of employees should be terminated on immediate basis sorry to say that.
