I had always wanted a Royal Enfield in my garage but felt the bikes were too heavy due to their metal chassis. However, after buying the latest Hunter 350, i feel it is the perfect bike for all needs. Priced at below 2 lakhs, it is a great deal given it comes with excellent after-sales service and long-term reliability.
I get an on-road mileage of more than 30 kmpl which is great considering its performance. The pickup is decent and not very powerful compared to traditional sports bikes, but the bike suspension ensures you cruise at high speeds. I have the metro dapper variant and only got a small engine guard as an accessory, and is more than enough. If your budget is under 2 lakhs, the Hunter 350 is a solid choice.
