Hi friends,
I would like to share my experience about this water heater.i bought this for my grandma who always needs hot water to bath. I selected this brand because v guard is the leading brand in the electronic items available in the market.but I totally disgusted.complex design makes difficulties to use it properly.electricity consumption is very high.it makes huge increase in my electricity bill.so it is not suitable to people who worried about their electricity bill.
design of this product is not so attractive.this heater take more time to make hot water.we expect more quality from v guard.it is durable but not up to customer expectation.when I contact the customer support team, they talk like teasing me.it is very bad thing because every company should remember that customer is always king.
I would like to give two stars to this product because of high electricity consumption.
