The 55% amul dark chocolate has a very rich flavor. The chocolate is a little bitter but is healthier than the other milk chocolates. This chocolate is so good for baking cakes as it can be used as a ganache. I have a piece of this chocolate every day and love it. I am personally very very impressed with the brand amul as all the products that they offer are amazing and super tasty.
