Attracted by German tech etc, became prey to this machine but lasts only for 2 years.
In 2nd year, started creating problem in drum thankfully it was under warranty they replaced the drum.
Now its again at 5th year the drum is gone.
Meantime handle and other spare parts were gone which costs me around 1000+ ruppees for each small sparts e.g a plastic handle cost 1300!
We have IFB in my sister's house which is good, though its not the best. However, if there is problem, we have so many service centres and cheap spare parts available.
Don't go German brands like Siemens or Bosch. You will end up paying service/visiting charge 800 and spare parts of 1000+ frequently.
