Bought from Reliance Digital, Axis Mall, Kolkata in 2021 on the recommendation of the sales executive. Has been a complete nightmare and utter nuisance. The only thing that has been worthwhile is the ResQ maintenance contract which has kept the garbage functional somehow. Never buy Whirlpool. Never trust the sales chaps blindly. The machine is very badly rusted already and offers a shamefully embarassing appearance. Does not deserve even a ZERO in ratings.
