Took new connection in APR 2025, In July there was issue on channels, saying BAD signal, no channels were coming. Raised complaint to customer service from last 10 Days, daily calling Customer care to get person to our house, still now no body visited, they closing ticket without contacting us, again and again I raising request, not sure when this will be resolved. Worst customer service which have seen these days
