I had purchased Siemens iQ front loading fully automatic washing machine in May 2016. Within 2 years( on 20/2/2018) there was some problem with the door lock. After much follow up, the problem was attended to! Thankfully the machine was under warranty then. Now after another 2 years( 29/1/2020) my machine has started leaking when put on the washing cycle! I registered a complaint with the Siemens call centre and the engineer arrived the following day. There was a hole in the drum! The engineer placed an order for the drum. I am still waiting for the drum to arrive. I have used other brands of washing machine in the past which have functioned smoothly for longer periods. Regret my decision of purchasing Siemens washing machine.
