M/s Megha Appliances (Noida, Vaishali) did not provide even the basic standards of services during installation of Chimney and Hob. They once replaced a dented chimney and the 2nd chimney was worse than the 1st one.
They are not bothered about following up after sale and the installation persons have the worst behavior with the customers.
I would recommend to Glen India to withdraw the dealership from such dealers. The sale and brand name of Glen is getting affected due to this attitude of the dealer.I think Glen would take immediate necessary step to rectify this. There are many other residents who are not satisfied with the services of this dealer.
