Purchased washing machine of Siemens thinking as good brand in 2012 but in 2015 machine started making too much noise. when called engineer he asked to change Jumper so we did. But still there was motor making noise. I Asked him why still there's noise he said as machine is old it's normal that machine motor make noise. I've never heard such stupid thing that in 2-3 years machine motor get so rusty that it make noise.


on 20th of April 2016 machine suddenly stopped working. I again called their engineer and seemed like he was confused what was the problem. first he said it's a problem of Switch and that has to be changed. then on second day when I called him he said it's not switch problem but motor has to be changed. I agreed with him as he was the expert. Now as I was to go out of city I asked him to arrange it. And after coming back install it. on 30th April I came back and called him and to my shock he said the motor still has not arrived from siemens and he'll remind them again. for two days I kept calling him and every time he said he's calling the company and yet it's not came.(And at my home it was getting mountain of unwashed cloths after coming back from outside for a week) then I called their helpline and asked for assistance they said that their head office would call, whole day passed but there's no call. Again called helpline again same thing they will call. and then I got call from company saying that Machine motor is not available anywhere in India. and they've ordered it from abroad. which will come on 9th April.  on 4th april I again got called from Mr. Javed in the morning saying that he would like to visit and check the machine. I agreed. But again day passed but no show nor any reply of call.


This is the worst service I've got from any company. And I don't think so that any product to reach anywhere in world would require like 15-20 days.
